3. Register your name and address.
4. Your assessment answers are displayed to confirm or amend.
5. You see advice and a letter for your GP.
6. Order and pay.
7. Site doctors assess your order and issue prescriptions.
8. Prescription sent to pharmacist.
9. Tablets posted to you.
10.Registered customers can email the doctor and pharmacist.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS
1. You log in.2. See your previous assessment answers to confirm or amend.
3. Order and pay as in stages 6-9 above.
4. You can also see your order history and cancel orders.
WHEN A PRESCRIPTION IS NOT OFFERED
1. No prescription is offered when you are not in the right risk group or there are complicating factors.2. Instead you see a 'result of assessment page'. This gives advice and includes a letter for GPs.
3. Where you would benefit GPs can issue a prescription.
